“Between 2016-17, I quit my toxic employer of several years, landed another job, quit that job for ‘thee job’ and got fired. Basically, three jobs changed in one year. The job that I chose didn’t choose me back, but I no longer complain of being “let go”. Really, I was set free. That last separation pushed me into entrepreneurship, which ultimately led to my purpose of helping people launch profitable brands on LinkedIn” she expressed on her LinkedIn page.
Shinjini Das started a motivational media company at the age of 24. She saw an opportunity and applied her innovative skills to build her company.
“I feel like we always getting rejected. I would say that you have to really take a step back and really expand options, a go-getter would do that, you get rejected because you have too few options,” she expressed on her Twitter account.

It is believed that the first step of success is always the hardest but eventually with perseverance success prevails.
